Video conference appointments offer face to face discussions and document sharing. Appointments are via Zoom or Facetime. Connecting via Zoom is as simple as clicking on a web link we send to you. Facetime is undertaken via your Apple Mac device (iPhone; iPad or Mac Laptop).
